Thank you for shopping with Little P Australia! We hope you love your purchase. Please read our policy below carefully before placing an order.

Change of Mind Returns

As a small business, we are unable to offer refunds or returns for change of mind. Please choose carefully before purchasing.

Exchanges for Sizing

We understand that sizing can sometimes be tricky, especially with children’s clothing.

We are happy to offer an exchange for incorrect sizing under the following conditions:

  • Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and unused
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Items must be in original condition with no marks, stains, smells or damage

Once your return is approved, you will be provided with instructions on how to return the item.

Please note: Return shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

We take great care to ensure all items are of the highest quality. If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at sales@littlep.com.au with your order number and photos of the issue.

For faulty items, we will first offer:

  • A replacement of the same item (where available)

If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be provided.

Sale Items

All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges, unless deemed faulty.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for size exchanges.

Nothing in this policy is intended to override your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
