  • We carefully pack each order and usually dispatch within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.

  • During busy periods or sale events, dispatch may take a little longer — we’ll keep you updated.

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times

  • We use trusted couriers to deliver across Australia.

  • Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Expedited shipping is available at checkout for faster delivery.

Please note: delivery times are estimates. Occasionally delays happen due to courier issues, stock availability, or extreme weather.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and chosen delivery method.

  • We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — these will be advertised on our site or via newsletter.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

  • You can track your parcel with the courier’s website to see its progress.

5. Lost or Damaged Parcels
